Shipping policy

Legal policies are non-negotiable for selling in Spain and the EU — they're required by consumer protection law and build the trust that converts browsers into buyers.

Shopify can generate templates for the core policies you need:

• Refund policy — EU law gives customers a 14-day right of withdrawal, so this one is especially important
• Privacy policy — mandatory under GDPR for any store collecting customer data
• Terms of service — sets the rules of the relationship with your customers
• Shipping policy — sets clear delivery expectations and reduces support queries

Which policy would you like to start with? I'd recommend the Privacy policy first given GDPR requirements in Spain, but if you already have that covered, the Refund policy is the next most critical for EU compliance.
